Rowing to Great Abs!

One aspect of rowing on a machine always surprises people who decide to try it. Doesn’t matter if it is an accomplished athlete or pure novice.
I meet marathoners, cyclists and Rollerbladers all the time who come to rowing because they say they need ‘something for the upper body. It is great exercise for the upper body but I make it clear that rowing is mostly about the legs. The rowing workout is about 85 percent legs. That is the biggest surprise for people.”
