4 Hours a Week to Hotter Abs


When I first heard about The Four Hour Body I had trouble believing you could spend such little time on yourself and still see amazing results. Boy, was I wrong. From the author of the 4-Hour Work Week, Timothy Ferriss, gives new ideas and concepts that are somewhat out of the mainstream, but, after a few weeks of following his advice, I can tell you it seems to work!

The first thing you need to know is this book is HUGE. It can be daunting looking at the thickness of the book and think to yourself how am I ever going to get through it. Once you settle into it though, you will discover the author is engaging and very entertaining. Written more like a novel than a fitness book, you will want to read it cover to cover, but, if you would rather flip to different chapters you can do that as well. Picking the advice you want to use.

All in all, The 4-Hour Body is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

    Hi great page you have here. I attend a Bootcamp in Sydney and I am continuually looking for interesting information to pass on to my bootcamp instructor.
